SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Before you schedule your appointment, we provide your mechanic’s name and he or she must provide ID upon arrival. Our mechanics are available 5 days a week from 10am to 5pm. Simply select a time that works for you and provide payment information to book your service. A credit card is required to book your appointment, but we won’t bill your card until the work is done, and of course you can always manage your booking 24/7 from our website www.griffiscarcare.cor mobile app.

DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT
- Feel free to ask your mechanic any questions you have about your car.
- You can ask your mechanic to provide the old parts they replaced (an extra charge may apply if there is a core charge). Otherwise, your mechanic will properly dispose of the old parts for you.
- Our mechanics will perform a full inspection on your vehicle free of charge.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CAR NEEDS MORE OR LESS SERVICES?
If your mechanic finds that your car doesn’t need all the services you requested, we’ll remove the unnecessary services and lower your bill, right on the spot. You will only pay for services your car needs. You’re in control. If your car needs additional services, your mechanic will provide you with an itemized list of what you need. You can always decide to add or decline those additional services.
